The Robert Sorby Full Round Cutter is the perfect circular cutter for all general and large purpose hollow form turning. An incredible all rounder this cutter, like all full round cutters, provides the opportunity to rotate a couple of times to provide a clean sharp edge before it requires sharpening. Titanium nitride coating gives added wear resistance and prolongs cutter longevity. The perfect accompaniment for the Hollowmaster – the tool it was designed for – and for delivering those finishing cuts on large hollow forms. Sharpening: Use a diamond file or honing stone around the profile of the cutter. To gain best results and increase the longevity of the cutter this simple procedure should be done little and often.
